まずはメールにてお問い合わせ、ご返信後基本的にはそのままメールにてカウンセリングを行って下さい。デザイン詳細が決まりましたら、内金としてデザイン料金のお振込をお願いしております。お振込後再度ご連絡頂きご予約完了となります。

First, you contact us using the email form. The consultation will be conducted via email. Once the design details are decided, I’ll ask you to transfer the design fee as a deposit. Your appointment will be completed after your transfer. You can use PayPal.

1. メールカウンセリング
CONTACTフォームより必要事項を入力し、送信してください。
ワンポイント〜A4サイズ以内のデザインの場合はメールカウンセリングのみで施術予約が可能です。

Please fill in the necessary information on the CONTACT form and submit it. For designs ranging from a single point to A4 size, treatment reservations can be made with just an email consultation.

2. 来店カウンセリング
背中一面や腕、脚1本など大きいサイズや複雑なデザインの場合は、一度ご来店していただきデザインの相談を行います。遠方の方はその旨お知らせ下さい。

カウンセリング無料で行っておりますので、お気軽にメールフォームよりお問い合わせ下さい。

In-store consultation. For larger or more complex designs, such as an entire back, arm, or leg, please come in and discuss the design directly.

If you are a customer living far away or overseas, please let us know.

Consultations are free of charge. You can also contact us via our email form.

3. 予約金のお支払い
施術予約前にデザイン料金予約補償金として施術費の一部をいただいております。お客様事情によるキャンセルにつきましてはデザイン料金予約補償金がキャンセル料金となります。またお仕事や体調不良等での予約の変更は事前連絡の上、延期が可能です。但し、3ヵ月以上ご連絡のない場合はお客様都合でのキャンセル扱いとなります。

Payment of appointment fee. Please pay the design fee deposit before booking your treatment. If you cancel for personal reasons, the deposit will be used as the cancellation fee. If you are unable to come due to work or illness, you can change the reservation date. Please reschedule your appointment up to two months in advance. However, if you do not contact us for more than three months, your appointment will be considered canceled due to your personal reasons.

4. 施術当日
施術費のお支払いは現金もしくはPayPal(お客様自身での事前登録が必要)となっておりますのでご了承ください。
※施術の際には、年齢が確認出来る身分証明書をご持参ください。

万が一体調不良等でのご予約の延期は分かり次第、又は当日はご予約時間の2時間前までにご遠慮無くご連絡下さい。

2ヶ月先まで延期が可能です。

ご予約時間を30分以上過ぎてもご連絡のないままご来店のない場合はお客様都合でのキャンセルとさせて頂きます。ご了承下さい。

Treatment fees can be paid in cash or via PayPal (you must register in advance). Please bring identification that can verify your age to your treatment.

If you are feeling unwell on the day of your treatment, please feel free to contact us at least two hours before your scheduled appointment.

You can postpone your appointment up to two months in advance.

If you don’t arrive more than 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment and haven’t contacted us, your appointment will be canceled due to your circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
